Do I need to be renting a car to use Alpha Concierge?

No. Alpha Concierge operates independently — many clients book a yacht, villa or dinner without a vehicle. That said, we'll always include a vehicle recommendation in case you'd like ground transport handled too.
How fast do you respond?

Within 60 minutes, 24/7. Same-day requests are common — yacht, dinner and nightlife coordination can be turned around in a few hours when staff is available.
Is there a fee for the concierge service?

No standalone fee for clients with an active booking (vehicle, villa, yacht or aviation). For pure concierge planning we quote a flat coordination fee with the itinerary.
Can you handle large groups?

Yes. Multi-vehicle convoys, group yacht charters up to 100+ guests, full restaurant buyouts and private estate stays are all routine.
Do you work with hotels?

We coordinate directly with the Setai, Faena, Four Seasons, Fontainebleau, St. Regis Bal Harbour, Edition and 1 Hotel — including arrival, key drop and bell coordination.
